Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

WUD.guru is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.

8. QuickBooks Online Integration

Where available, WUD.guru may integrate with QuickBooks Online through Intuit-authorized APIs.

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account:

• You authorize WUD.guru to access and process data necessary to provide requested functionality.
• WUD.guru will only access data required to perform services you have authorized.
• You may revoke access at any time through your QuickBooks Online or WUD.guru account settings.
• QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
• Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WUD.GURU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WUD.GURU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO WUD.GURU DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WUD.guru, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
• We may delete or retain data in accordance with our retention policies and applicable law.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

16. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
